Jenne is a native of the St. Louis area and met her husband, Randy Delkus, while working as a charge nurse at an area hospital. Jenne brings direct understanding of the needs and concerns of potential recruits from her experience as a staff and charge nurse.
Jenne's responsibilities include recruitment, coordination of certification and licensure, transportation and logistics on traveling to America.
John's law practice has been national in scope. He has enjoyed a broad based corporate, insurance and environmental law practice. He has handled and tried cases in litigation throughout the U.S. serving as national coordinating counsel for a major manufacturer in environmental litigation. He has substantial experience in recruitment and hiring of law firms in major litigation. He has traveled extensively in western and central Europe and speaks proficient Italian.
John brings his business experience, resources and contacts to GSS. He participates in recruitment of employers, university contact for recruits, contracts, certification and licensure issues, finance and will oversee the immigration issues of the recruits of the firm.
Randy's career has covered a broad spectrum of nursing and health care. He worked as a staff nurse at two major hospitals in the St. Louis area, including experience in ICU, trauma, neurosurgery and open heart surgery. He has also served as the House Supervisor and Director of Nursing at two major nursing care facilities in the St. Louis area. Most recently he serves as the Chief Operating Officer of a 276 bed long term and sub-acute care facility.
Randy is an owner/principal of GSS.
JENNEFER L. DELKUS
Jenne Delkus is the President of GSS. Jenne is a registered nurse in Missouri and Illinois. She received her B.S. in Nursing from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. She has worked as a Charge Nurse and Staff Nurse at two major St. Louis area hospitals. She has experience in Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Cardiology, Critical Care and Emergency Medicine. Prior to forming GSS, she worked the past several years as a medical case manager for two major insurance carriers in the St. Louis area.
JOHN J. KUROWSKI
John Kurowski is a licensed attorney in Illinois, Missouri and Texas. He is a native of the St. Louis area and has been a businessman and practiced law in the St. Louis area for over twenty years. John received his law degree from St. Louis University and an Honors undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago. He lived and studied at Loyola's Rome Center of Liberal Arts in Rome, Italy for one year.
RANDALL B. DELKUS
Randy Delkus is a native of the St. Louis area and has been involved in nursing and health care positions for ten years. Randy is a registered nurse in Missouri and Illinois. He also holds a license as a Nursing Home Administrator in Missouri. He received his B.S. in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude, from St. Louis University and also holds a Business degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, specializing in Marketing and Management. He recently completed his Masters in Business Administration at Webster University in St. Louis.
